One of our foremost places is Villa "les Mésanges". It is located on a hillside facing south, with sea view and in a colourful residential area. A vast garden (1.500 m²) surrounds it. It is 4 minutes biking down to the white sandy beaches of La Croix Valmer and 15 minutes driving to St. Tropez. The Villa is fully furnished: no need to take sheets, towels... It contains 4 separate apartments, a large one of 90 m2 (living room with fire place, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, terrace with sea view, bathroom) and 3 small apartments (1 to 2 rooms each). The swimming pool is newly built in 2001. Rental of the entire estate ranges from € 700 to € 2.500 a week, depending on season. Rental of part of it, one or more apartments, is possible as well except during july-august.
